Masterpiece London 2011 – Rolls Royce Phantom

The Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé is a British handmade convertible manufactured by Rolls-Royce that debuted at the 2007 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan, on 7 January 2007. The platform is based on the 2003 Rolls-Royce Phantom and has styling heavily derived from the 100EX, a concept car unveiled to celebrate the company’s centennial in 2004. It is currently the most expensive Rolls-Royce model at $443,000.

King of the Kings – Louis XIII cognac

The cognac is manufactured using grapes from the Grande Champagne territory of Cognac, France. It is blended from 1200 eaux-de-vie, some more than a century in age, then it is aged in tiercons, oak barrels that are several hundred years old, in its own cellar.
On 15 June 2011, the cognac house launched a Jeroboam bottle of Louis XIII, a magnum decanter with the price of 16 000 € (22 600 $).

A 750ml bottle of Louis XIII may be priced as high as $3,000(US) however average price range is between $1,900 to $2,500. “Louis XIII Black Pearl” is a limited edition cognac, packaged in 786 individually numbered Baccarat dark crystal carafes. The edition completely sold out within two months. Decanters were sold in Tokyo for 1 million yen ($9,494 US). At Vancouver International Airport a Rémy Martin Louis XIII Black Pearl 1.5l bottle was sold to a Chinese couple for $34,000 US.

Private Jet – Gulfstream G650

The Gulfstream G650 is a twin-engine business jet aircraft under development by Gulfstream Aerospace. Gulfstream began the G650 program in 2005 and revealed it to the public in 2008. The G650 is the company’s largest and fastest business jet with a top speed of Mach 0.925.

Unit costs are US$ 65 million.

One Hyde Park – London

One Hyde Park is a major residential and retail complex located in London, United Kingdom. The development includes three retail units (Rolex, McLaren Automotive and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank) totalling 385,000 sq ft (35,800 m2) and 86 residential properties marketed with prices starting at around £20 million. The building is owned by Project Grande (Guernsey) Limited (PGGL), a joint venture between the Christian Candy owned CPC Group and Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar. It was designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, built by Laing O’Rourke[4] and was financed via a £1.15 billion development loan from Eurohypo AG. Candy & Candy were the development managers and interior designers for the scheme.
The building is located in the Knightsbridge area of central London, adjacent to Hyde Park and the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. The actual address is One Hyde Park: The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, 100 Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 7LJ.
